MOMA CREATIVE S.L. (From now on, MoMa or the Responsible), with CIF B10962439 and address at C/ Zamora 2 bj, 46025 Valencia, is responsible for the processing of the User's personal data.

  • Execution of a contract: when the treatment is necessary for the provision of services contracted with MoMa.
  • User Consent: for commercial communications, newsletters and optional activities.
  • Legal obligation: for billing conservation, tax and security obligations.

  1. CONSERVATION CRITERIA

  • Tax data: 4 years (AEAT).
  • video surveillance images: 30 days (except communication to Security Forces and Bodies).
